Cryotherapy Seminar

September 19th, 2026

7:00 am - 4:30 pm

As the field of pediatric bronchology continues to grow and expand, we are excited to offer a one-day seminar in flexible bronchoscopy cryotherapy in conjunction with the 46th annual bronchoscopy course in Cincinnati. Cryotherapy allows for novel diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that have begun to have a large impact on the pediatric population. This seminar will be in-person and divided into didactic lessons and practical hands-on experience. The didactic portion will cover topics including innovations in endoscopic cryotherapy, indications and complications of cryotherapy in children and establishing a cryotherapy program. During the hands-on experience attendees will have the opportunity to practice a variety of cryotherapy techniques including clot extraction, foreign body removal, tumor debulking and devitalization, transbronchial lung cryobiopsy, and bleeding management. Additionally, attendees will gain exposure to newly available disposable flexible bronchoscopes. The seminar will begin early on Saturday, September 19th, 2026 and end by mid-afternoon.

This seminar is separate from the 4-day Pediatric
